Terms and conditions

These are the terms you agree to by using this site and by ordering from it. If you do not agree with them, do not order.

Prices and taxes
All prices are in euro, and all prices include VAT. The price shown on the product page is the price charged. Delivery is shown separately at checkout before you pay. We may change prices at any time, but the price that applies to your order is the one displayed when you placed it.
Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we dispatch the goods, and until then we may decline it, for example where an item is out of stock, where a price or description was obviously wrong, or where we cannot deliver to the address given. If we decline an order that has been paid for, we refund it in full.
There is no account to create: checkout is guest only, and your order confirmation email is your record of the order.
Product information
We make every effort to display product images and descriptions accurately. Product packaging may vary slightly from what is photographed, and colours may appear slightly different depending on your monitor; this is a characteristic of photographic reproduction, not a defect. Where we do not publish a figure, the page says so rather than estimating one; if a detail matters to your decision, ask us before you order.
Delivery
We deliver within Ireland only. Standard delivery is free on orders over €75, and €25 below that; an express option is available in the cart. Orders are processed within 24-48 hours on business days, with tracking emailed from dispatch, and delivery typically takes 5-7 days. Delivery times are estimates rather than guarantees, but goods that do not arrive within a reasonable time are our problem to resolve under Irish consumer law. Full detail on the shipping page.
Orders we cannot fill
All orders are subject to availability. We may refuse or cancel an order where a price or description was obviously wrong, where fraud is suspected, or where the product is unavailable, and where that happens any payment taken is refunded in full.
Returns and refunds
Because this is a sealed food product, the statutory 14-day cancellation right applies to an unopened tub and ends once the seal is broken, for hygiene reasons. Our own policy accepts returns for up to 15 days from purchase on an unopened tub; where the statutory right does not apply, a €39 packing and handling deduction may be made and you pay the return postage. Shopping listings
Our product listings on Google Shopping and Meta platforms reflect the products we sell, including pricing, availability and descriptions. If you believe any of our listings are inaccurate, contact us at theteam@customersupport.care.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right you have under Irish or EU consumer law. Goods must conform to the contract under the Consumer Rights Act 2022: they must be of the quality, description and functionality you can reasonably expect. Where they are not, you are entitled to a repair or replacement, and then to a price reduction or a refund where that does not put it right. Because you buy at a distance, you also have a statutory 14-day right to cancel under the European Union (Consumer Information, Cancellation and Other Rights) Regulations 2013, described in full on the refunds page.
Using this website
By ordering from this site you confirm you are 18 years of age or older, or using it under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. Do not upload or transmit anything through this site that contains malicious code, that is defamatory, obscene or discriminatory, or that infringes someone else's intellectual property. The content of this site, including its text, images and layout, belongs to us or to our suppliers and may not be copied for commercial use without permission.
Liability
Subject always to the consumer guarantees above, and to the extent the law allows, our liability arising from an order is limited to resupplying the goods or paying the cost of having them resupplied. See the limited liability and indemnity page.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms. The version on this page when you order is the one that applies to that order. These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and the Irish courts have jurisdiction, which does not affect any statutory right you have under EU law.
